As a Member of Technical Staff (MTS) in the new RTOS Development Team, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, developing, and maintaining embedded software solutions for mission‑critical systems. You will work closely with global engineering teams to deliver high-quality software components, device drivers, and platform features that support Wind River’s strategic products and customer deployments. This is a senior technical role requiring strong expertise in C/C++ development, Linux device driver development, RTOS technologies, and technical leadership. You will lead and mentor engineers, drive technical discussions, and contribute to the successful execution of product roadmaps while ensuring software quality, performance, and reliability.
