Job summary

Europa Locks in Pune District, Maharashtra, India is seeking an experienced firmware engineer to design, develop and test firmware for embedded systems, ensuring high performance and reliability.

You will collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize performance, lead firmware architecture decisions and maintain detailed design documentation.

The role requires 3–5 years in embedded firmware, strong C/C++, RTOS experience, and familiarity with I2C, SPI and UART, Git, debuggers and oscilloscopes.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in firmware development for embedded systems.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++ and assembly language for embedded systems.
• Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and low-level hardware interfaces (I2C, SPI, UART, etc.).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and development tools (e.g., debuggers, oscilloscopes).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
