Immediately Required Senior EngineerwithBachelors degree in Electrical EngineeringandMinimum of 10 years experience in electrical design forindustrial machinery, (preferably concrete pumps or batchingplants) or similar heavy machinery sectors.

Certifications/Licenses:

Proficiency in electrical design software (Auto CAD Electrical,EPLAN) and familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, SCADA.

Special Skills:

• Strong knowledge of electrical standards (IEC, NEC) andexperience in motor control systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues and proposeprocess improvements.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to workcollaboratively in a cross-functional environment.

1. Job Purpose

Overview:

The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for the design and development of electrical systems for concrete pumps, including electric boom pumps, as well as batching plants.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Electrical System Design Develop and design electrical systems for concrete pumps (electric boom pumps) and batching plants.
• Prepare detailed electrical schematics, layouts, and diagrams using CAD tools like Auto CAD Electrical, EPLAN, etc.
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers and production teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems into machinery
• Experience on Auto electrical (low voltage 24V./12 V DC) circuits, Familiaritywith three phase circuit and controlsCompliance and Safety
• Ensure that all electrical systems comply with industry standards, including IEC,NEC, and other safety regulations.
• Review designs for compliance with safety standards, reliability, and operationalefficiency.

Automation & Control Systems

• Design and implement automation systems using PLCs, HMIs, and SCADAsystems for control of machinery.
• Develop motor control solutions using VFDs, servo drives, and other controlsystems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation and electrical controls inmachinery.

Experience of working on mobile controllers

Conversant with Electro hydraulics and knowledge of proportional valve and
integration with controllers.

Power System Management

• Design electrical power systems including motor sizing, power distribution, andUPS/generator backup for batching plants.
• Perform power consumption analysis and provide recommendations to enhanceenergy efficiency.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide technical support for resolving electrical issues during production,assembly, and field operations.
• Perform root cause analysis for electrical components and suggest improvementsin the electrical circuits to eliminate/minimize the problems.
• Develop and implement solutions to enhance system reliability and performance.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with design, production, teams to ensure the electrical systems meetdesign and operational requirements.
