The role involves estimating electrical loads, preparing layouts, and leading a design team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Candidates should possess a BE/BTech in Electrical Engineering and knowledge of cooling towers is preferred. Qualifications

• 10-15 years' experience in the relevant field of electrical engineering.
• Knowledge of cooling towers and C&I equipment is preferred.
• Ability to work within BOQ quantities and manage design teams.

Responsibilities

• Estimate electrical loads and prepare illumination layouts.
• Layout switch gear rooms and size HT/LT transformers.
• Manage a team of design engineers and draftsmen.
• Ensure designs meet BOQ quantities and delivery timelines.

Job Description

Responsible for:

• Estimating Electrical loads, lighting loads, normal / Emergency loads.
• Layout of the Switch gear rooms
• Sizing of HT/LT transformer
• SLD, Wiring Diagram.
• Bus duct layout
• Cable routing & Sizing
• Cable Tray Routing & sizing
• Preparing Illumination layouts
• Reviewing the vendor Documents
• Inspection of Equipment & its Erection.
• Having knowledge of C&I equipment & layout will be preferred.
• Independent working as well as managing a team of design engineer and draftsmen.
• Responsible for delivering designs within BOQ quantities as well as within the quoted man hours.

Qualifications

• BE / BTech (Electrical) with 10-15 years’ experience in relevant field.
