As the EHS Engineer, you will be responsible to Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures: Create and enforce EHS policies, programs, and practices in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Identify and Manage risk for environmental, health, and safety hazards in the workplace.
The Safety & Health Engineer is responsible for leading the implementation of occupational health, process safety, and industrial safety programs within semiconductor manufacturing operations. The role ensures compliance with regulatory, corporate EHS standards and SEMI guidelines, while driving risk-based safety performance across fab construction, installation, and operations.
Semiconductor fabs operate with complex hazards including toxic chemicals, high-voltage systems, radiation, and cleanroom operations, requiring strong technical safety expertise.
Strong problem-solving skills, good analytical skills & experience in writing reports & Excellent communication skills and good team working skills, Self-motivated.
Strong ability in English speaking and writing, be able to communicate with English speaking engineers both verbally and by writing.
Bachelor’s degree in safety & health engineering or any related field of study.
Minimum 8 –12 years’ experience in Safety, Health and Environment.
