Project Overview

Bechtel is seeking to expand its decades‑long relationship with Reliance by providing Project Management Consultant (PMC) Services and Engineering Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) Services for off‑sites and utilities (OSBL) for a multi‑billion‑dollar upgrade/expansion of existing petrochemical facilities in India. Reliance plans to augment its existing facilities in Dahej, Gujarat, and Nagothane, Maharashtra, to expand its PVC capacity. The PMC Services will be led out of India with personnel deployed in the Mumbai region, the project sites in India, and several key contractor locations across the country.

Job Summary

Assist project teams with monthly reports, perform supplier screening requests, and handle supplier‑related queries via designated mailboxes. Manage test plans for Project Management Cycles (PMCs) from planning and execution through production deployment and validation. Possess working knowledge of all modules of the Digital Supply Chain System (DSCS) and assist users across modules.

Major Responsibilities

• Support Corporate Supply Chain team, GBUs and projects on their specialized reporting requirements such as loading of SPEND, D&B invoice and other monthly reports.
• Prepare SPEND reports based on requests received.
• Conduct anti‑corruption due diligence screening based on requests from various users.
• Perform monthly bulk screening for anti‑corruption due diligence.
• Provide Tradesphere (RPL) access for all new joiners in the India office.
• Handle supplier advisory, RPL, D&B, Navex, and supplier user account related queries across all users/projects.
• Offer helpdesk support for the Supplier Portal inbox.
• Manage content for the New Delhi Procurement homepage.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by DSCS Functional Leads and DSCS Ops Manager.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and 10‑12 years of relevant experience. Graduate with an IT background preferred.

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Procurement system automation; minimum 2 years assisting DSCS preferred.
• Working knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL preferred.
• Experience with relational database management systems (RDBMS) preferred.
• Advanced troubleshooting techniques.
• Project support for automation.
• MS Teams and Microsoft Office skills.
• Knowledge of Jira systems, HPQC, MS SharePoint preferred.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and organization skills.
• Customer‑service orientation with a demonstrated professional demeanor and communication style.
