Job summary

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Documentum D2 Developer with extensive experience in Documentum D2, Documentum Core and ECM solutions, and exposure to Azure and cloud-native technologies.

The role focuses on Documentum modernization, upgrades, cloud initiatives, architectural guidance, and mentoring junior developers within an Agile team across time zones.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, APIs, and cloud services.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant IT experience with Documentum expertise.
• Strong knowledge of Documentum Core / DFC and ECM concepts.
• Hands-on with Documentum upgrades or migrations and cloud exposure.

We are looking for a Senior Documentum D2 Developer with strong hands-on experience in Documentum D2, Documentum Core and ECM solutions, along with exposure to Azure and cloud-native technologies.

This is an opportunity to work on Documentum modernization, upgrade and cloud initiatives, while contributing to technical design, architecture and engineering best practices.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, customize and enhance Documentum D2 applications and ECM solutions.
• Work extensively with Documentum Core, DFC, workflows, lifecycles, metadata and content management.
• Participate in Documentum upgrade, migration and modernization projects, particularly in cloud environments.
• Work with Microsoft Azure, AKS, Kubernetes, Docker and Helm.
• Design and support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and related tools.
• Develop integrations using APIs and cloud services.
• Contribute to application architecture, design patterns, technology evaluation and technical trade-off decisions.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive effective solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior developers and contribute to engineering standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders across time zones.
• Work within Agile development methodologies.

Must-Have Skills

• 7+ years of relevant IT experience
• Strong knowledge of Documentum Core / DFC
• Hands-on experience with Documentum upgrades or migrations
• Experience with Azure / Cloud environments
• Working knowledge of AKS / Kubernetes
• Experience with Docker and Helm
• Knowledge of CI/CD and Azure DevOps
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience mentoring or technically guiding other developers

Good to Have

• Knowledge of Concurrent Engineering and Management of Change (MOC)
• Experience with Azure Functions, App Services, Azure SQL and Azure Data Factory
• Experience with cloud-native architecture and APIs
• Understanding of security and compliance requirements in enterprise environments
