Job summary

Jobtailor in Hyderabad seeks an accomplished senior executive to lead Finance, Information Technology and Information Security, creating clarity of ownership and driving collaboration across the organization. You will translate global strategies into India execution plans, partner with senior leaders, sponsor cross-functional programs and report to the President & MD, India and the Global CFO.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of progressive leadership experience across corporate or general and administrative functions.
• Substantial experience in Finance, Information Technology, Information Security or a closely related area.
• Deep functional expertise in Finance, including adequate knowledge of IT or Information Security.
• Demonstrated experience leading, overseeing or partnering effectively across Finance, IT and Information Security.
• Experience leading senior managers, functional leaders and subject-matter experts in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Significant experience operating in India within a US-headquartered multinational organization.
• Experience in a SaaS or enterprise software company is preferred.
• Experience working within a global matrix and balancing local organizational needs with global functional strategies, standards and accountabilities.
• Strong general-management orientation and commercial judgment.
• Demonstrated success in building organizations, developing leadership capability, and creating high-performing, engaged teams.
• Strong executive presence, communication, stakeholder management, influencing, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for employees across Finance, Information Technology and Information Security.
• Lead, coach and enable experienced functional leaders and subject-matter experts.
• Create clarity of ownership, accountability and collaboration across the organization.
• Translate global functional strategies into India execution plans considering local priorities, regulatory requirements and talent-market conditions.
• Partner with the President and Managing Director, India, the Global Chief Financial Officer and executive leaders on business priorities.
• Serve on the India leadership team and CFO leadership team.
• Establish operating rhythms across Finance, IT and Information Security, including business reviews, workforce planning, priority setting, risk management, issue escalation and AI-led growth opportunities.
• Build relationships with CFO peers and functional leaders in other geographies.
• Partner with functional leaders and People teams to attract, retain, develop and engage high-performing talent.
• Build leadership capability and succession pipelines within the India organization.
• Promote collaboration between local and global teams.
• Support governance, controls, compliance and risk-management practices.
• Sponsor and oversee cross-functional programs and transformation initiatives.
• Provide executive-level communication regarding business progress, organizational health, risks, dependencies and decisions.
• Report dually to the President and Managing Director, India, and the Global Chief Financial Officer.
