  • Drive opportunity planning frameworks that strengthen visibility, governance, and execution quality
  • Oversee business intelligence, reporting, and KPI infrastructure to deliver consistent and actionable insights
  • Manage territory design, account segmentation, and rules of engagement governance
  • Oversee sales systems and tools support in partnership with global teams, ensuring stable processes, strong adoption, and clear feedback loops
  • Own the management, structure, and governance of enablement content and systems to ensure sellers and teams have the right resources at the right time
  • Partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Product teams to strengthen planning, alignment, and execution effectiveness
  • Support compensation administration and governance across routes to market

  • Ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Strategy, and Product
