Job summary

Teciem is hiring a Senior DevOps Platform Engineer to provide technical leadership, administer DevOps tools, and support platform migrations. The role partners with Development, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Security teams to drive automation, ensure reliability, and establish a sustainable BAU support model.

You will automate using Ansible, Bash, and Python, manage GitHub Actions CI/CD, and maintain Docker/Kubernetes environments while guiding incident resolution and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or Infrastructure roles.
• Experience supporting enterprise development and DevOps toolchains.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across DevOps platforms and migration activities.
• Administer, support, and optimize tools including GitHub, Nexus, Sonatype, Aspera, and related platforms.
• Develop runbooks, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.
• Automate processes using Ansible, Bash, Python, and other scripting tools.
• Support and optimize CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, and automated deployments.
• Manage and maintain containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS).
• Monitor platform performance, availability, and system health.
• Lead incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and networking issues, including DNS, load balancers, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Ensure integration between development, quality, and security tooling.
• Support SOC2, audit, security, and compliance requirements.
• Mentor and train BAU support teams to ensure successful operational handover.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and architecture reviews.
