Senior Integration Developer (6–9 Years)
Role Summary
A highly experienced, hands-on Senior Integration Developer responsible for designing and delivering complex, enterprise-grade integration solutions. Drives advanced development, owns Low-Level Design (LLDs), and ensures high-quality, CI/CD-driven delivery using Azure Integration Services, while mentoring teams and contributing to architecture alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development ofcomplex, large-scale integration solutionsusingAzure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Data Factory, Service Bus, Event Grid).
- Buildhigh-performance, scalable, and production-ready solutions, handling complex enterprise integration scenarios.
- Developreusable frameworks, advanced integration patterns, and shared components to accelerate delivery across programs.
- Design and implemententerprise-grade APIsusingAzure API Management (APIM).
- Configureadvanced APIM policiesincluding security, transformation, throttling, and routing.
- Ensure APIs meetperformance, security, and governance standards.
- Own and driveLow-Level Design (LLDs)for modules and critical components.
- Translate business and architectural requirements intoscalable, well-structured technical designs.
- Ensure strict adherence toarchitecture standards, design principles, and best practices.
- Design, implement, andoptimizeCI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions.
- Driveend-to-end automationof build, deployment, and release processes usingInfrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Ensureconsistent, reliable, and high-quality releasesacross environments.
- Improvedeployment efficiency, rollback strategies, and release governance.
- Leadunit testing, integration testing, and validation strategies.
- Handlecomplex debugging and root cause analysisacross APIs, events, and workflows.
- Providestrong supportforcritical production issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Implementand enhanceobservability frameworksusingAzure Monitor and Application Insights.
- Ensure solutions meetSLAs for reliability, scalability, and performance.
- ActivelyleverageGitHub Copilot / M365 Copilotfor:
- Code acceleration and optimization
- LLD and API documentation generation
- Debugging and performance insights
- ApplyAI-assisted engineering practicesto improve productivity and delivery quality.
- Contribute to adoption ofAI-driven development practices within the team.
- Providehands‑on technical leadership, guiding developers on design, coding, and best practices.
- Conductcode reviews, design reviews, and quality checks.
- Mentor engineers and junior developers, buildingstrong technical capability across the team.
- Work closely withLeads, Architects, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
- Drive alignment betweendesign, development, and delivery timelines.
- Activelycontributetohigh-velocity, agile delivery environments.
Required Skills
- Experience:6–9 years withstrongfocus onhands‑on integration development in complex delivery environments.
- Azure Integration:DeepexpertiseinAzure Integration Services (AIS).
- API Development:Advanced experience withAzure API Management (APIM).
- Programming:Strong codingexpertiseinC#, .NET, REST APIs, JSON, XML.
- Design Skills:Proven experience in owningLLDs and contributing to HLDs.
- Integration Patterns:Strong knowledge ofevent-driven, distributed, and microservices-basedarchitectures.
- Azure CI/CD:Hands-onexpertiseindesigning and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions.
- Debugging & Performance:Advanced troubleshooting and optimization skills.
- AI & Copilot Skills:Active and effective use ofGitHub Copilot / M365 Copilot
Practical understanding ofAI-assisted development workflows
