Job summary

Pall Corporation, part of Danaher, seeks a senior specialist to lead Coveo-based search initiatives in Pune. You will design semantic search, integrate with enterprise systems, and advance AI-enabled search experiences on a globally distributed platform.

As part of the LSIG Marketing team and reporting to the Manager – Digital Solutions & Architecture, you will drive headless search solutions and analytics-driven improvements in a dynamic, onsite role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/masters degree in IT-related field with relevant years of experience.
• 7–9 years in enterprise search technologies and hands-on Coveo Cloud implementations.
• Experience integrating Coveo with enterprise applications and digital experience platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Coveo architecture, search relevance engineering, machine learning models, headless search implementations, and enterprise system integrations

This position reports to the Manager – Digital Solutions & Architecture and is part of the LSIG Marketing team located in Pune & onsite role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Develop semantic search capabilities utilizing Coveo AI and relevance models.
• Design, develop, and implement Coveo-powered intelligent search and recommendation solutions.
• Support Generative AI-enhanced search experiences and conversational search interfaces.
• Monitor and analyze search analytics and user behavior data.
• Implement Coveo Headless and Search UI solution
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, AJAX, modern JS frameworks

The essential requirements of the job include:

• B.E./ B. Tech (IT/CS) or MCA with relevant experience of 7-9 years.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise search technologies.
• 2-3+ years of hands-on experience implementing Coveo Cloud solutions.
• Strong understanding of Headless Search architectures.
• Experience integrating Coveo with enterprise applications and digital experience. platforms.
• Experience in API-driven integrations and cloud-native architectures

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

• Be prepared to travel and work in a team with a “can do attitude” to get the job done.
• 20% Travel Required

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Configure personalized search and recommendation experiences
• Strong experience in integrations and worked on DAM,PIM and e-commerce and customer catalog integrations
• Leverage machine learning insights to continuously improve customer engagement and search effectiveness.
• API / REST / SOAP experience with complete project management and lifecycle.
• Able to work with project management systems and time allocation.
• Good knowledge of dispatcher and CDN configurations (if any)
