Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Python development experience, with leadership exposure.

• Familiarity with front-end tech (React/Next.js/Angular) is a plus.

About Role:

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer Team Lead to guide our development team, architect scalable solutions, and ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. The ideal candidate will be both a strong hands-on Python developer and an inspiring leader who can mentor a team, manage projects, and drive technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Python developers.
