Job summary

Aurigo Software Technologies is seeking a Senior AI Developer (GenAI specialization) to design, build, and operate production-grade GenAI systems enabling natural-language interaction over large-scale enterprise document ecosystems.

This builder and systems-engineering role focuses on robust, scalable GenAI platforms—from ingestion and retrieval to LLM orchestration, API serving, and cloud deployment. You will own execution-level design and delivery for core GenAI systems.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with a BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech degree.
• Proven GenAI/LLM application development and conversational AI solutions.
• Strong knowledge of embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and retrieval optimization.
• Experience with FastAPI/REST APIs, AWS cloud, and LLM platforms such as AWS Bedrock or Azure OpenAI.
• Understanding of AI evaluation, monitoring, performance optimization, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop RAG pipelines, vector search solutions, and agentic AI workflows.

• Understanding of AI evaluation, monitoring, performance optimization, and governance.
• Nice to have: Agentic AI, model fine-tuning, AI observability, and security/compliance exposure.
