Job summary

Envisioned Strategy Consulting Private Limited is seeking a Senior Developer with deep PySpark, Databricks and Snowflake expertise to build scalable enterprise data platforms. You will design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines, develop batch and real-time processing, and optimize data workloads across Snowflake and Delta Lake.

The role involves mentoring juniors, collaborating with business stakeholders, and driving governance, data quality, and security controls while leveraging Git and Azure

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years in data engineering with PySpark, Databricks and Snowflake.
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Python and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using PySpark, Databricks and Snowflake.
• Create batch and real-time data processing for structured and semi-structured data.
• Build and optimize Databricks notebooks, workflows and Delta Lake solutions.
• Design Snowflake databases, schemas, views, stored procedures and streams.
• Develop scalable data models, data marts and data warehouses.
• Optimize PySpark, Databricks and Snowflake for performance and cost.
• Implement data quality, governance, and security controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.
• Manage source control and CI/CD deployments using Git and Azure DevOps.
• Troubleshoot production issues and mentor junior members.
