You will design, code, test, and assure quality for complex features, resolve critical issues, and continuously improve architecture and development processes. You will guide reviews, elevate maintainability, and help the team deliver reliably at speed - optionally acting as Scrum Master to foster self-organization.

Build it : Proficient expertise in Java and Spring Boot, including REST APIs, automated testing, and building production‑grade backend services. You should have a solid knowledge of cloud‑native architectures. This includes microservices and SaaS applications. Hands‑on experience designing, building, and operating scalable distributed systems that process high volumes of transactions and data. Proficient knowledge of relational databases, SQL optimization, data modeling, and performance‑focused data access patterns. Functional experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, source control, automated deployments, and cloud operations. Demonstrated ability to provide technical management through design reviews, code reviews, engineering standards, and mentoring. Impressive analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work successfully across globally distributed teams.
