domains. This role requires leadership in guiding team members and ensuring

Key Responsibilities :

Must-Have Skills

• Proven ability to coach team members in producing error-free 2D drawings.
• Strong grasp of advanced mechanical engineering principles.
• Expertise in developing design concepts based on requirements across sheet metal, light fabrication, heavy fabrication, and structural assemblies.
• Deep understanding of machine operations and principles to recommend design improvements and standardization.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience in routing systems (hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical).
• Comfortable leading customer meetings and discussions.
