Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordination with Sourcing Managers: Work closely with sourcing managers to schedule appointments with potential new clients.
• Client Meetings & Presentations: Conduct appointments with new clients, effectively explaining the company, brand, and product offerings.
• Requirements Gathering: Accurately gather design requirements and understand the client's vision for their space.
• Design Concept Presentation: Present new and innovative design ideas and concepts, including space planning and selection of finishes, to clients.
• Deal Closing: Successfully close deals with clients by addressing their needs and exceeding their expectations.
• BOQ Submission: Compile and submit the final client requirements and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to the internal design team for execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Proven experience as a Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in 3D and 2D design.
