Senior Delivery Manager – IAM

Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior IAM Leader to guide a globally distributed IAM Operations team. You will define, implement, and continuously improve global IAM services, and own JML processes across the enterprise.

In addition, you will act as the final escalation point for IAM issues, ensure timely provisioning and de-provisioning of user access, and coordinate 24x7 incident response. A bachelor’s degree and 15+ years in cybersecurity with IAM expertise are required; CISSP or CISM are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 15+ years of cybersecurity experience with strong expertise in Identity & Access Management.
• 8+ years of experience leading global teams and managing security operations or security programs.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes across cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management principles, processes, and controls.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and enterprise IAM solutions.
• Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or equivalent cybersecurity certifications.
