Job summary

StatusNeo is seeking a seasoned Delivery Architect to drive enterprise-scale cloud and data platform transformations from design through production. You will lead multi-stream delivery, mentor teams, and ensure governance and architecture alignment across programs.

The role requires strong data engineering foundations (Databricks, Lakehouse, streaming) and hands-on AWS/GCP experience, with a focus on scalable, secure, and cost-efficient architectures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading large-scale delivery programs.

Job description

We are looking for a seasoned Delivery Architect with strong expertise in Cloud and Data Platforms to lead enterprise-scale transformation programs. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Data Architecture and Data Engineering, combined with hands-on expertise in AWS/GCP and Databricks, and a proven track record of successfully delivering large and complex data modernization initiatives.

This role requires a blend of architecture leadership, delivery management, stakeholder engagement, solution governance, and technical oversight. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring successful execution of cloud and data programs from solution design through production deployment. Similar experience in building and delivering large-scale streaming, lakehouse, and cloud-native data platforms is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Cloud and Data Transformation programs.
• Act as the architecture lead across multiple workstreams and delivery teams.
• Drive solution design, implementation strategy, estimates, risks, dependencies, and governance.
• Partner with clients, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to ensure successful program execution.
• Lead architecture reviews and provide technical direction throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Define target-state architecture for modern data platforms leveraging AWS/GCP and Databricks.
• Drive adoption of best practices for scalability, reliability, observability, data governance, and security.
• Architect cloud-native and microservices-based solutions supporting enterprise data ecosystems.
• Ensure alignment between business outcomes, architecture strategy, and delivery execution.
• Mentor engineering leads, architects, and development teams.

Must-Have Skills

Delivery & Architecture Leadership (Primary Requirement)

• 5+ years of experience leading large-scale delivery programs.
• Proven experience owning delivery for enterprise Data & Cloud initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
• Ability to drive architecture governance and technical decision-making.
• Experience managing distributed delivery teams and offshore-onsite models.
• Strong expertise in solutioning, estimation, architecture reviews, and program execution.
• SME expertise in AWS or GCP.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, networking, resiliency, and cost optimization.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and DevOps practices.

Data Architecture & Engineering

The candidate must come from a strong Data Engineering/Data Platform background and have experience building modern enterprise data ecosystems, including:

Real-Time Data Platforms

Hands-on experience with:
