Job summary

TrueID, Hyderabad, seeks a Senior Data & CRM Solutions Architect to lead CRM, data warehouse, data lake, and data lakehouse initiatives. You will design scalable data ecosystems, govern data, and mentor data engineering teams.

The role requires 8–15 years of experience across CRM platforms, data architecture, and analytics, with a focus on secure, high-performance data solutions for enterprise engagement and BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/IT/Data Eng/IS or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise data architecture, CRM solutions, data warehousing, or analytics platform implementation.
• Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale data platforms and enterprise CRM ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of customer data management, enterprise data integration, and analytics architectures.
• Experience working in complex, high-volume data environments supporting enterprise reporting and BI.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise data architectures, including warehouses, lakehouses, and cloud-based data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise architecture for CRM, data warehouse, data lake, and data lakehouse platforms.
• Design scalable and integrated data ecosystems to support customer management, analytics, reporting, AI/ML, and BI initiatives.
• Architect enterprise CRM solutions and ensure seamless integration with business applications, operational systems, and data platforms.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data & CRM Solutions Architect with strong expertise in CRM platforms, enterprise data architecture, data warehousing, data lakes, data lakehouse architectures, ETL/ELT frameworks, and analytics ecosystems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions that enable customer engagement, business intelligence, advanced analytics, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

This role requires a blend of CRM domain expertise, data architecture leadership, and hands‑on experience in large‑scale enterprise data environments.

Key Responsibilities
