Job summary

Synechron Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Pune seeks a Senior Datacenter Network Build & Migration Engineer to lead enterprise datacenter network build, migration, and transformation initiatives.

The role requires expert Cisco and Arista skills, experience with Spine-Leaf fabrics, EVPN-VXLAN, BGP/OSPF, and hands-on cutover planning. You will develop detailed migration strategies, MOPs, rollback plans, and coordinate with infra, application, security, and operations teams to ensure production readiness

Qualifications

• 12+ years of hands-on networking experience.
• Strong expertise in Cisco and Arista networking platforms.
• Extensive experience with Datacenter Network Build and Migration projects.
• Deep understanding of Routing & Switching protocols including BGP, OSPF.
• Hands-on experience with EVPN-VXLAN, Spine-Leaf architectures, and Datacenter Fabrics.
• Proven experience in creating and executing MOPs, rollback plans, and cutover strategies.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in large-scale production environments.
• Experience managing critical maintenance windows and production migrations.

Senior Datacenter Network Build & Migration Engineer Location: Pune

Role Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Senior Datacenter Network Build & Migration Engineer to lead critical datacenter network build, migration, and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be an expert-level network engineer with deep experience in Cisco and Arista technologies, datacenter fabrics, routing and switching, migration planning, production cutovers, and operational readiness.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to automation tools such as Python, Ansible, or Terraform.
• Experience in enterprise or financial services environments.
