The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise across Classical Machine Learning, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and cloud-based AI architectures, along with proven consulting and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI.
• Hands-on expertise in Classical Machine Learning, Generative AI & Agentic AI.
• Experience with NLP, LLMs, RAG, and Prompt Engineering.
• Proficiency in MLOps/LLMOps and AI governance.
• Strong knowledge of Python, SQL and cloud AI architectures.
• Experience in AI solution architecture, system design, deployment and monitoring.

Responsibilities

Celebal Technologies is seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Scientist to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise across Classical Machine Learning, Generative AI, Agentic AI, MLOps/LLMOps, and cloud-based AI architectures, along with proven consulting and leadership experience.

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Architect, develop, deploy, and monitor production-grade ML models and LLM-powered applications.
• Design scalable Agentic AI solutions leveraging modern AI frameworks and best practices.
• Drive MLOps/LLMOps adoption, model governance, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to define AI strategy and solution roadmaps.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor data scientists and engineers, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Champion Responsible AI practices, security, compliance, and AI governance standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• 8+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI.

• Strong communication, presentation, and consulting skills.

Good to Have

• Azure AI Services, AI Foundry, and Databricks Certifications.
• Experience with AI coding assistants and productivity tools such as Claude and Cursor.
• Exposure to multi-agent frameworks and advanced LLM evaluation techniques.
