Job summary

CitiusTech in Hyderabad is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead data science and analytics delivery across healthcare domains. You will mentor data engineers and scientists, design end-to-end data pipelines, and drive ML lifecycle including NLP/LLM enhancements.

The role emphasizes governance, KPIs, and adoption of Generative AI and RAG, with collaboration in an Agile environment and opportunities to work with cutting-edge cloud technologies.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in data science and analytics.
• Engineering degree in a technical field (BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc).
• Certifications in Databricks ML and related ML tooling are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data Science and Analytics delivery for Quality, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Finance domains.
• Mentor a team of Data Engineers and Data Scientists; ensure technical excellence and delivery quality.
• Design end-to-end data and analytics solutions: ingestion, transformation, model development, deployment, and visualization.
• Drive the full ML lifecycle: feature engineering, model development, validation, deployment, monitoring, retraining.
• Develop and enhance NLP and LLM-based solutions for document processing and text analytics.
• Define and standardize KPIs, business metrics, and reporting frameworks.
• Architect data pipelines and real-time analytics for connected devices and enterprise platforms.
• Establish data governance, metadata management, data quality, and security standards.
• Present insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Evaluate and implement Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG technologies.

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be a part of an Agile team to design and build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data Science and Analytics delivery for business domains such as Quality, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Finance.
• Manage and mentor a team of Data Engineers and Data Scientists, ensure technical excellence and delivery quality.

• Drive the complete Machine Learning lifecycle including feature engineering, model development, validation, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
• Develop and enhance NLP and LLM-based solutions for document processing, text analytics, and enterprise AI use cases.
• Define and standardize enterprise KPIs, business metrics, and reporting frameworks.
• Architect data pipelines and real-time analytics solutions for connected devices and enterprise platforms.
• Establish and enforce data governance, metadata management, data quality, and security standards.
• Present business insights and analytical findings to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies including Generative AI, LLMs, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
