Job summary

Amplify Health Asia Pte. Limited (Amplify Health) seeks a Senior Data Scientist to lead NLP, ML and Generative AI initiatives. You will build enterprise-grade AI products using LLMs, RAG and knowledge graphs, leveraging healthcare data assets.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, business and data teams to deliver scalable, secure AI solutions that impact health outcomes and value across markets.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Data Science, ML and Analytics.
• 4+ years delivering NLP and Generative AI solutions.
• Strong Python, SQL, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn and Hugging Face proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy NLP, ML and Generative AI solutions for enterprise-scale AI products.

The Position

Summary

The Senior Data Scientist will lead the development and deployment of advanced NLP, Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions. The role combines hands‑on data science expertise with technical leadership to build enterprise‑grade AI products leveraging LLMs, RAG architectures, knowledge graphs and healthcare data assets.

The successful candidate will work closely with product, engineering, business, and data teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high‑impact AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy solutions for document intelligence, entity extraction, summarization, semantic search, classification and conversational AI.
• Develop production‑grade LLM applications using GPT, Gemini, Claude and open‑source models.
• Build multilingual NLP capabilities across Asian markets.

2) Generative AI & Agentic Systems

• Implement RAG architectures using Azure AI Search and vector databases.
• Build AI agents, copilots and workflow automation solutions.
• Establish evaluation frameworks, guardrails and prompt engineering standards.

3) Advanced Data Science

• Lead predictive modeling, deep learning and experimentation initiatives.
• Translate business problems into measurable AI outcomes.
• Mentor data scientists and influence AI strategy across the organization.
• Partner with business, engineering and product leaders.

Candidate Profile

Experience and Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning and Analytics.
• Minimum 4 years delivering NLP and Generative AI solutions.
• Strong expertise in Python, SQL, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn and Hugging Face.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search and Databricks.
• Hands‑on expertise with Transformers, embeddings, fine‑tuning, RAG and vector databases.
• Experience implementing MLOps and LLMOps best practices.
• Demonstrated leadership of enterprise‑scale AI programs.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Statistics or related field.
