Senior Privacy Specialist – CIPP/E Specialist

Tsaaro is looking for a Senior Privacy Specialist –CIPP/E Specialist with strong expertise in data protection regulations andpractical privacy compliance. The role will involve delivering privacy.Assessments, advising clients on regulatory requirements, and supporting theimplementation of privacy governance programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct privacy assessments including DPIAs, PIAs, RoPA, data mapping, gapassessments, and privacy audits .
- Provide advisory support on GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, DPDP Act, PDPL and otherglobal privacy regulations.
- Developand implement privacy policies, procedures, governance frameworks, andcompliance controls .
- Support Privacy by Design/Default initiatives across client projects.
- Assistwith Data Subject Rights (DSR) processes and privacy incidentmanagement.
- Conduct third-party privacy risk assessments and vendor due diligence .
- Workwith Legal, Compliance, Security, Product, and Engineering teams toimplement privacy requirements.
- Trackregulatory developments and translate changes into practical complianceactions.
- Supportclient discussions, documentation, presentations, and project delivery.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data privacy, privacy consulting, dataprotection, or a related field.
- CIPP/Ecertification is preferred/strongly preferred .
- Strongknowledge of GDPR and European data protection requirements , alongwith working knowledge of DPDP Act, CCPA/CPRA, PDPL, etc.
- Hands-onexperience with DPIAs, RoPA, data mapping, privacy assessments, andprivacy governance .
- Familiaritywith OneTrust, Securiti.ai, BigID , or similar privacy technologyplatforms.
- Understandingof ISO 27001, NIST, or other relevant GRC frameworks .
- Strongclient-facing, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder managementskills.
- Abilityto independently manage multiple privacy projects and deliverables.
