Job summary

Collinson Group seeks an experienced Senior Data Loss Prevention Analyst to monitor DLP alerts, define and enforce data policies, and collaborate with Security, Compliance, Legal, and IT teams. You will administer DLP tools, investigate incidents, and help drive governance and awareness across the organization.

The role requires strong DLP, endpoint protection, and cloud DLP knowledge, with hands-on experience in Purview, Egress, Intune, and JAMF Pro.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of cybersecurity experience with at least 5 years in DLP.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview DLP, Egress, Microsoft Intune, and JAMF Pro.
• Understanding of data classification, endpoint protection, email encryption, and cloud DLP.
• Familiarity with conditional access policies, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Zero Trust.
• Knowledge of GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS.
• Security certifications desirable (e.g., Microsoft SC-400, SC-300, CISSP, CISM, CDPSE, GIAC).
• 5+ years in a SOC or with SIEM integration for DLP events.
• Knowledge of insider risk detection, UEBA, or behavioral analytics.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and investigate DLP alerts generated by Microsoft Purview, Egress, and endpoint agents.
• Administer and maintain DLP tools, ensuring correct configuration and operation.
• Analyze incidents to determine true positives, identify root causes, and recommend remediation actions.
• Define, implement, and review DLP policies, data classification, and conditional access rules.
• Lead discussions with Information Security, Compliance, Legal, HR, and IT to mitigate data handling risks.
• Conduct periodic reviews of data movement patterns and access controls.
• Maintain security configurations in Intune and JAMF Pro to support DLP enforcement at the endpoint.
