As a Senior Associate, Data Governance at JPMorganChase within the Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO), you will serve as a seasoned member of a high performing team responsible for carrying out critical and timely document reviews and updates across all areas within CDAO, focusing on Data Governance, Data Management, Privacy, and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning. You will also lead the creation and publication of new firmwide governing documents-standards, procedures, and frameworks that define governance processes supporting legal and regulatory requirements. You will partner with Lines of Business (LOBs) and Corporate Functions (CFs) stakeholders as a subject matter expert on the firmwide Data Risk Management Policy/Standard requirements.
Contribute to the development, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of the firmwide Data Risk Management Standard Partner closely with LOB/CF stakeholders to drive compliance with the firm’s Data Risk Management Policy and Standard requirements Leverage new and emerging AI/ML technology to improve document creation, quality checks, and document governance efficiency , while adhering to responsible AI/ML practices, privacy, and control requirements Manage CDAO governing documents, including review with stakeholders during annual / off-cycle refresh cycles, with a focus on Data Governance and Data Risk Management Represent the Document Governance team in CDO forums as a subject matter expert; advise on document governance expectations aligned with the Office of Document Governance (ODG) and end-to-end CDAO document lifecycle process Coordinate forums by developing meeting materials and soliciting agenda items from stakeholders within Firmwide Chief Data Office (FCDO)
