Job summary

Capco Technologies Pvt Ltd in Pune (Hybrid – Client Office) is seeking a Senior Data DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in Cloudera CDP, data engineering, and DevOps automation. You will manage Cloudera environments and optimize data processing workloads.

The ideal candidate will build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and GitHub/Bitbucket, ensure security integration, and write efficient SQL for Hive/Impala environments. Strong Linux skills and scripting are required.

Qualifications

Experience with Cloudera Hadoop/CDP platforms and data processing.
Strong PySpark, Python, SQL skills and Hive/Impala familiarity.
Experience with CI/CD and security tools like Checkmarx.
Strong Linux administration and scripting abilities.

Responsibilities

Administer and support Cloudera CDP/CDH platforms, including HDFS, Hive, Spark, YARN, Hue, and CDE.
Develop and optimize PySpark and Python-based data processing solutions.
Build CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub/Bitbucket.
Integrate security and code quality tools such as Checkmarx into delivery pipelines.
Write and optimize SQL queries for Hive and Impala environments.
Monitor platform health, perform upgrades, troubleshoot issues, ensure high availability.

Job Summary: Seeking a skilled Senior Data DevOps Engineer having experience in Cloudera platforms, data engineering, and DevOps automation. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize Cloudera environments, build CI/CD pipelines, and support enterprise-scale data processing workloads.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and support Cloudera CDP/CDH platforms, including HDFS, Hive, Spark, YARN, Hue, and CDE.
Develop, deploy, and optimize PySpark and Python-based data processing solutions.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub/Bitbucket.
Integrate security and code quality tools such as Checkmarx into delivery pipelines.
Write and optimize SQL queries for Hive and Impala environments.
Monitor platform health, perform upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
