Agile Ventures in Gurugram is seeking a Data Software Engineer with 5 to 12 years of experience to design and optimize data pipelines using Spark, Hadoop, and related technologies.

You will work with Python, SQL, and NoSQL databases, implement ETL processes, and tune Spark performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This on-site role offers exposure to cloud data services (AWS/Azure) and opportunities to scale large-scale data platforms in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Strong experience in Big Data & Data Engineering.
Expert-level knowledge of Apache Spark.
Hands-on programming experience with Python.
Experience with Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Sqoop.
Experience with Spark Streaming / Apache Storm.
Good knowledge of Hive / Impala.
Strong SQL skills joins, stored procedures, relational schemas.
Experience with ETL and data integration.
Knowledge of NoSQL databases – HBase, Cassandra, MongoDB.
Experience in Spark performance tuning.
Exposure to AWS or Azure data services.
