Job summary

Masscom Corporation is seeking a hands-on Data Engineer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable data infrastructure. You will build data pipelines, manage our data lake, and enable reliable analytics across the business.

You will own ETL workflows, manage streaming platforms, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions. The role also entails mentoring junior team members and promoting data governance best practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering or platform roles.
• Strong Python/Java and advanced SQL skills.
• Expertise in Airflow, Spark/PySpark, and AWS data stack.
• Experience with large-scale ETL and real-time streaming (Kafka).
• Solid grasp of data warehousing, governance, and big data systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and orchestrate ETL workflows with Airflow.
