Job summary

Unison Group is seeking a seasoned Data Analyst/BI Analyst to analyze business and operational data using SQL and build interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense. You will translate business needs into clear reporting solutions, collaborate with SAP BW teams, and ensure data quality across sources.

6+ years in data analytics is preferred, with strong SQL and reporting experience, plus the ability to gather requirements from stakeholders and deliver actionable insights for

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in data analytics/BI.
• Strong hands-on SQL experience.
• Experience with at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI/Qlik Sense).
• Good understanding of SAP BW and reporting/data warehouse concepts.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting and dashboard development.
• Strong data validation, reconciliation and quality skills.
• Ability to gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate into dashboards.

Job description

• Analyze business and operational data using SQL to identify trends, patterns, discrepancies and insights.

• Develop and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, or similar BI/reporting tools.

• Gather reporting requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into meaningful dashboards and analytical reports.

• Work with SAP BW to understand data structures, data flows, queries, InfoProviders and reporting layers.

• Extract, validate and reconcile data from SAP BW and other data sources.

• Perform data quality checks, validation and root-cause analysis for reporting/data issues.

• Write complex SQL queries involving joins, aggregations, subqueries and data transformations.

• Support existing reports and dashboards and enhance them based on changing business requirements.

• Collaborate with business users, SAP/BW teams, data engineers and technology teams.

• Document data sources, reporting logic, business rules and report definitions.

• Support UAT, report validation and production issue resolution.

• 6+ years of experience as a Data Analyst / BI Analyst / Reporting Analyst.

• Strong hands-on SQL experience.

• Strong experience with at least one BI/reporting tool:

  • Tableau
  • Power BI
  • Qlik / Qlik Sense
  • or similar reporting tools.

• Good understanding of SAP BW and its reporting/data warehouse environment.

• Experience in data analysis, reporting and dashboard development.
