Job summary

New Hope Fertility, IVF & Research Centre & Samarpan Diagnostic Centre is seeking a Data Analyst to collect, validate, and analyze data across multiple healthcare domains. You will prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management reports to aid decision-making, and evaluate the patient journey from enquiry to treatment and conversion.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in healthcare analytics, and proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau and data visualization.
• Experience in healthcare analytics, CRM reporting, call centre analytics, sales reporting and marketing analytics preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and analyze data from Call Centre, Sales, Marketing, Digital Marketing, CRM, HIS, OPD, IVF, and Diagnostic departments.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and management reports for decision-making.
• Analyze the patient journey from enquiry to consultation, treatment, and conversion.
• Track and report lead sources, enquiry volume, follow-up status, appointment bookings, visit rates, treatment conversions, and revenue generated.
• Monitor Call Centre KPIs including call volume, response time, missed calls, follow-up compliance, counsellor productivity, appointment conversion, and lead ageing.
• Analyze performance of Digital Marketing campaigns (lead quality, CPL, ROAS, website traffic, landing page performance, ROI).
• Evaluate Sales team performance by tracking lead allocation, follow-up efficiency, conversion rates, target achievement, revenue contribution, and productivity.
• Generate reports on doctor-wise, department-wise, counsellor-wise, and branch-wise performance.
• Develop interactive dashboards using Power BI/Tableau to monitor operational and business KPIs.
• Identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities to improve patient acquisition, operational efficiency, and business growth.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and timely reporting across all departments.
• Collaborate with management and department heads to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Automate recurring reports and recommend process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency.
