Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS/Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. This role involves managing and optimizing MIS systems, generating accurate reports, and ensuring the integrity of organizational data.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Data Management and Analysis:
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources to generate meaningful insights.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in datasets to support business decisions.
  • Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports to communicate findings effectively.
• 2. MIS Development and Maintenance:
  • Design, implement, and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) for efficient data collection and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Infra, Operations and other departments to enhance system functionality and user experience.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and ensure data accuracy and security.
• 3. Reporting and Performance Monitoring:
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Monitor operational performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Automate repetitive reporting tasks to improve efficiency.
• 4. Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver customized reports.
  • Support senior management by providing data-driven insights and presentations.
  • Train and support end-users in leveraging MIS tools and reports.
• 5. Compliance and Data Integrity:
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory data standards.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain data accuracy and integrity.

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.

• Proven experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and databases (e.g., SQL, MySQL).
• Hands‑on experience with reporting tools and software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Powerpoint).
