• Bachelor’s degree in math, statistics, economics, computer science, engineering, or other quantitative field.
• 5+ years data-focused experience with strong proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Proficient in SQL (any dialect).
• Experience with Google Sheets or Excel.
• Strong ownership and proactive problem-solving under deadline pressure.
• Excellent communication skills to translate data findings into executive-ready narratives.
• Demonstrated experience with data validation and quality assurance methodologies.
• Attention to detail and high integrity in work
• Cultural sensitivity and ability to collaborate with a global team
• Experience and comfort working remotely, with minimal supervision
