UKG is seeking a Platform Engineer to own the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environments across development, UAT, performance and production. You will define standards, governance, and best practices while partnering with business teams to deliver secure ERP capabilities.
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and implement IaC with Terraform, Bicep, and ARM templates to ensure scalable, resilient operations across hybrid cloud environments.
Working across Azure and selected Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, you will build reusable platform capabilities, automate operational processes, improve developer productivity, and support strategic enterprise initiatives including ERP modernization, Customer360, enterprise analytics, and AI-enabled engineering.
Own the engineering, administration, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environments across Development, UAT, Performance, and Production.
Manage platform lifecycle activities including environment provisioning, refreshes, releases, upgrades, patching, performance optimization, and disaster recovery testing.
Define and maintain platform standards, governance, architecture patterns, and operational best practices.
Partner with business and application teams to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient ERP platform capabilities.
Support enterprise ERP modernization and platform transformation initiatives.
Design, implement, and maintain enterprise CI/CD pipelines across Azure DevOps and Git-based workflows.
Automate application deployment, platform validation, release management, and operational processes.
Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, or equivalent technologies.
Improve platform reliability through GitOps, release automation, observability, and infrastructure governance.
Optimize cloud platforms for security, performance, scalability, resilience, and cost efficiency.
Design and develop reusable engineering services using technologies such as: PowerShell, Python, Azure Automation, Logic Apps, Power Automate.
Environment refreshes, Release validation, Platform health monitoring, Access governance, Backup validation, Capacity management, Audit evidence collection.
Build self-service capabilities that reduce operational effort, improve platform consistency, and enable engineering teams to move faster.
Design, develop, and support enterprise solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and the Power Platform Administration Center.
Implement governance, lifecycle management, security, and operational monitoring across Power Platform environments.
Build secure integrations between Dynamics 365, Salesforce, enterprise applications, and cloud platforms.
Partner with business teams to deliver low-code solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience.
Collaborate with Data Engineering teams supporting Customer360, Data Marketplace, Enterprise Analytics, and AI/ML initiatives.
Contribute to: Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Power BI, Dataverse integrations, Data platform modernization.
Partner with platform teams supporting Google Cloud Platform services, including BigQuery, GKE, Cloud Storage, IAM, and CI/CD automation, where Dynamics and enterprise data platforms integrate within UKG's hybrid cloud architecture.
Implement Azure security best practices, including RBAC, PIM, Managed Identities, and Key Vault.
Improve platform observability through monitoring, alerting, logging, and operational dashboards.
Support SOX compliance, audits, access governance, and disaster recovery planning.
Drive continuous improvements in platform reliability, security, and operational excellence.
B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline. 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise cloud platforms or business-critical applications. 3+ years of experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Strong experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Increase engineering productivity through automation and self-service capabilities. Reduce manual operational effort using reusable platform services and engineering frameworks. Accelerate secure CI/CD adoption and platform modernization across enterprise applications. Drive AI-assisted engineering practices that enhance platform operations and developer experience. Contribute to Azure and hybrid cloud platform engineering standards. Enable strategic initiatives including ERP modernization, Customer360, Enterprise Analytics, and AI-driven innovation.
