Detailed Job Description:

As a Senior Cyber Infrastructure Project Manager supporting secure development and infrastructure initiatives across PAN India via TEKsystems, you will take full operational, tactical, and strategic ownership of project delivery lifecycles, cross-functional coordination, and risk governance. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing end-to-end delivery of secure development and infrastructure projects, developing comprehensive project plans, timelines, resource allocation models, and delivery roadmaps. You will coordinate seamlessly with cybersecurity, development, infrastructure, and business stakeholder teams to ensure successful project execution, track and manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID), and maintain agile backlogs using Jira and Confluence. Furthermore, you will facilitate sprint planning, report project status to senior leadership, and ensure adherence to cybersecurity best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery, execution, and handover of complex secure development and cybersecurity infrastructure projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, resource allocation strategies, and delivery roadmaps.
• Coordinate seamlessly with cybersecurity engineering, software development, IT infrastructure, and business stakeholder teams.
• Track, analyze, and manage project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID log) proactively.
• Administer and maintain agile project management workspaces, backlogs, and documentation using Jira and Confluence.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospective reviews.
• Monitor project budgets, milestones, and deliverables against established KPIs and quality benchmarks.
• Prepare executive status reports and present project progress updates to senior management and global technology leaders.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 9+ years of professional IT experience, with a strong focus on managing technology, infrastructure, or cybersecurity projects.
• Proven, extensive experience managing secure software development life cycle (SDLC) and cyber infrastructure initiatives.
• Strong understanding and practical application of Agile methodologies and project management best practices (PMP, Scrum Master).
• Hands-on professional experience with agile tooling including Jira and Confluence.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts, vulnerability management, enterprise networking, and secure coding practices.
• Working technical knowledge of Windows and Linux operating system environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Preferred immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days; mandatory legal eligibility to work in India.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Professional project management and security certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-PBA, CSM, CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+).
• Prior professional experience working within global IT services or multinational technology consulting firms (e.g., TEKsystems client accounts).
• Familiarity with cloud security architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevSecOps pipelines.
• Experience in vendor management and third-party security assessment audits.
