Job summary

Publicis Production Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Senior Creative Designer to mentor designers and ensure high-quality, on-brand layouts across digital and print media for global clients.

You will lead creative efforts, supervise projects, and adapt campaigns to client needs while staying current with industry trends and tools. Strong English communication and print/digital production knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Senior Creative Designer or in a similar role, with a portfolio of design projects.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro) and Figma.
• Knowledge of After Effects, Adobe XD, HTML5, PowerPoint is a plus.
• Strong typography, color theory, photo manipulation and composition skills.
• Attention to detail and aesthetics; print production knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication to convey concepts to team and clients.
• Time management to meet deadlines.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
