Job summary

3M seeks an experienced audit professional to join the Asia Pacific Audit team in Bengaluru, India. You will lead and perform financial, operational, and compliance audits, strengthening internal controls and governance across functions.

Travel within India may be required, with a focus on timely remediation and documented evidence of audit work. The role demands a CA (preferred) with 8+ years in audit or internal controls, strong communication, and collaboration skills, and familiarity with SAP

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and/or collaborate with audit teams to conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits.
• Evaluate internal controls and regulatory compliance; identify root causes.
• Prepare audit findings and present to management with recommended improvements.
• Ensure remediation plans are developed, implemented, and sustained.
• Document audit work papers and support conclusions.

Through assigned audits, you will assist the corporation in complying with federal, state, local laws and regulations.
