We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Content Writer / Strategist to join our Marketing team and create high-quality, digital-first content for a global property and real estate brand.

The ideal candidate will have strong English copywriting, editorial, SEO, content marketing and research skills, with the ability to develop compelling content across websites, blogs, email campaigns, social media, brochures, video scripts, webinars and other marketing channels.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of SEO best practices, search intent, content strategy, organic visibility, audience engagement and brand communication, preferably with experience in the property/real estate, lifestyle, finance or related sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality SEO-optimised content for websites, blogs, landing pages and digital campaigns.
• Write long-form editorial content including property blogs, lifestyle articles, market reports, research reports and industry features.
• Create compelling brand copy for webpages, advertisements, email campaigns, newsletters, brochures and promotional materials.
• Develop engaging and platform-specific content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other social media channels.
• Research property markets, investment trends, locations, developments and industry insights to produce accurate, original and data-driven content.
• Conduct keyword research and incorporate SEO keywords, search intent, semantic keywords and content clusters naturally into content.
• Write and edit video scripts for promotional, educational, property and social media videos.
• Develop webinar speeches, presentations and speaker scripts based on business insights and industry research.
• Create content for brochures, leaflets, factsheets, infographics, presentations and other marketing collateral.
• Perform copy editing, proofreading and quality checks to maintain grammatical accuracy, consistency and brand tone.
• Fact-check statistics, market information, claims and sources before publication.
• Work closely with SEO, Digital Marketing, Design, Social Media, Sales and Business Development teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
• Maintain consistent brand voice, messaging and editorial standards across all communication channels.
• Analyse content performance using relevant metrics such as organic traffic, engagement, rankings, CTR and conversions, and continuously optimise content accordingly.
• Stay updated with Google Search algorithm developments, AI search, content marketing trends, SEO best practices and digital publishing trends.
• Manage multiple content projects simultaneously while meeting defined briefs, quality standards and deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in Content Writing, Copywriting, Content Marketing, Editorial or Digital Marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Exceptional grammar, proofreading and editorial skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, search intent and organic content strategy.
• Experience writing content for multiple digital channels and target audiences.
• Strong research and fact-checking capabilities.
• Ability to convert complex information and research into clear, engaging and persuasive content.
• Ability to adapt writing style according to different brand voices, audiences and marketing objectives.
• Strong understanding of content marketing funnels awareness, consideration and conversion.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in UK/International property, real estate, property investment, finance or lifestyle content will be highly preferred.
• Experience working with international audiences and global brands.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs or similar SEO tools.
• Understanding of AI-assisted content workflows and modern SEO/AEO/GEO practices.
• Experience creating content for lead-generation and performance marketing campaigns.
