  • Conduct online and source-based research to validate and enrich records, including plan types, parent organizations, PBM relationships, provider affiliations, and other relevant attributes.
  • Assign confidence ratings, document mapping rationale, prepare outputs for senior review, and perform quality control on junior-analyst work.

  • Establish and maintain data quality standards, data dictionaries, metadata, data lineage, governance policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Conduct data profiling and analysis, identify root causes of data-quality problems, and recommend practical improvements.
  • Develop and maintain data-quality dashboards, scorecards, reports, and other data-management tools using modern analytics technologies.

  • Support continuous improvement and automation initiatives, including the responsible operationalization of AI/ML-assisted mapping with appropriate human oversight.
  • Train colleagues and end users on data-management, mapping, governance, and quality best practices.
  • Help ensure data-management practices align with applicable privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
  • Gather feedback from internal users and external clients and translate their needs into meaningful improvements to data products and processes.
Requirements
