Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Business Analyst with hands‑on experience in Data Science/Gen AI and a strong track record of delivering AI/ML projects. This role will be responsible for orchestrating the successful delivery of data science and machine learning infrastructure initiatives, ensuring seamless integration between development, deployment, and operations.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical teams (data scientists and other technical developers) and business stakeholders, while driving execution excellence across multiple AI/ML use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic AI/ML platform initiatives, managing all aspects of use case delivery from planning to delivery.
• Collaborate closely with data science, MLOps, cloud, and infrastructure teams to define and manage platform roadmaps.
• Ensure scalable, secure, and compliant deployment of AI/ML models and pipelines in production environments.
• Drive the adoption of Data Science/AI/ML best practices using Azure ML, Azure Pipelines, Git Repos, and automated testing frameworks.
• Monitor progress across multiple AI/ML use cases, ensuring alignment with technical goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, and retrospectives for cross‑functional teams.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Foster a DevOps culture across AI/ML and engineering teams to accelerate experimentation and model deployment cycles.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration with Consulting experience in Analytics.
• Minimum 2 years of business analyst experience in AI/ML.
• Familiarity with Python, Power BI. Experience in Gen‑AI/Copilot would be added advantage.
• Experience delivering end‑to‑end machine learning lifecycle and production environments (MLOps).
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional stakeholders including engineers, data scientists, cloud architects, and business teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Python, Gen AI (RAG), PowerBI and other Analytics tools & technologies.
• Exposure to responsible AI, and AI/ML compliance practices.
