Job summary

Syansoft is seeking a Qualified CA with 3–5 years’ experience in SOX 404, internal controls, ICFR, and COSO for a Bangalore on-site, 4-month contractual role. Strong stakeholder management and governance expertise are required.

The position is Full Time, Temporary/Contractual, under Audit & Control, with emphasis on governance, risk & compliance services. Face-to-face interview is expected.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA with 3–5 years’ experience in SOX 404, internal controls, ICFR, COSO, TOD/TOE, RCM, risk assessment and remediation.
• Experience in governance, risk and compliance is expected.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
