Job summary

BearingPoint India is seeking a Treasury & SAP specialist to lead finance transformation projects in Bengaluru. You will work on SAP Cash Management, IHC, IHB, APM, TRM, and related treasury solutions, delivering value through optimized processes and strategic insights.

You will engage in design of operating models, health checks, and advisory services for international clients, requiring strong analytical skills and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, or a comparable field of study.
• At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in Finance, Cash Management, Treasury, or related consulting.
• Strong expertise in SAP Cash Management, SAP In‑House Cash (IHC), SAP In‑House Bank (IHB), SAP APM, Liquidity Planning (SAP Analytics Cloud), SAP TRM, or SimCorp/TIS.
• Knowledge of SAP FSCM is a plus.
• Fluent English

Responsibilities

• Treasury & Cash Management projects across industries, including design of future treasury organizations and implementation of treasury systems.
• Collaborate within a team to develop future operating models for treasury functions in international groups.
• Perform Treasury Health Checks to identify value creation opportunities and provide concrete recommendations.

Primary Functions and Tasks:

• Treasury & Cash Management Projects: Act as a trusted partner for clients across various industries in national and international Treasury and Cash Management projects. Design future‑ready treasury organizations, implement treasury systems, and integrate related processes.

• Organizational and Target Operating Models: Working collaboratively within a team while maintaining a high degree of autonomy, develop and shape the future direction and organizational structure of treasury functions within international corporate groups.

• Treasury Health Checks: Conduct concise current‑state assessments to identify value creation opportunities and cost‑saving potential, and derive concrete recommendations for process and organizational improvements.

We are looking for:

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, or a comparable field of study.

• At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in Finance, Cash Management, Treasury, or a related consulting environment.

• Strong expertise in SAP Cash Management, SAP In‑House Cash (IHC), SAP In‑House Bank (IHB), SAP Advanced Payment Management (APM), Liquidity Planning (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud), banking communication, treasury solutions such as SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM), or similar platforms such as SimCorp or TIS.

• Additional knowledge of SAP FSCM (e.g., Credit Management and Dispute Management) is considered an advantage.

• Fluent English
