Job summary

Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP in Ahmedabad seeks a Senior Consultant for SAP SD to configure and support SAP SD across the Order-to-Cash process, including sales orders, pricing, delivery, and billing.

You will gather business requirements, prepare functional specs, coordinate with SAP MM and FI integrations, perform testing, and drive timely deployments with strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience in gathering business requirements and converting them into functional specs.
• Hands-on experience configuring SAP SD across sales orders, pricing, delivery and billing.
• Experience integrating SAP SD with SAP MM and FI.
• Knowledge of the Order-to-Cash cycle and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP SD functionalities, including sales orders, pricing, delivery, billing, and shipping.
• Work on the complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
• Gather business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and provide suitable SAP solutions.
• Configure sales document types, item categories, schedule line categories, and copy controls.
• Work on pricing procedures, condition types, access sequences, and output determination.
• Handle delivery processing, picking, packing, shipment, and billing.
• Integrate SAP SD with SAP MM, FI/CO, and other modules.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for enhancements and custom developments.
• Participate in unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
• Support data migration, cutover, and post-go-live activities.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration and implementation/support.
• Good understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle.
• Experience in pricing, sales orders, delivery, shipping, and billing.
• Knowledge of integration with SAP MM and SAP FI.
• Experience in requirements gathering, functional documentation, and issue resolution.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
