Qualifications

Senior Consultant, Physical Security Design

About the Role

MitKat Advisory, a leading risk and security consulting firm, is looking for an experienced, client-facing professional to join our Physical Security Design practice at our NCR (Gurgaon) office.
This role is ideal for someone who can independently drive solution design and RFP responses, engage confidently with clients at every stage of a project, and bring both technical depth and polished documentation to the table.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead preliminary and detailed solution design for enterprise clients across ACS, CCTV/VMS, PIDS, HVM, integrated command centers and related electronic security systems.
• Prepare and own RFP/RFQ responses, technical proposals, BOQs/BOMs and design drawings with the help of inhouse technical team.
• Work as a key client interface leading requirement gathering sessions, design workshops and client discussions.
• Work closely with sales, delivery and partner teams to translate client requirements into compliant, cost-effective technical solutions.
• Maintain quality, standardization and consistency across all design and proposal deliverables.

Who are we looking for

• B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical or related field
• 4–6 years of experience in physical security / ELV / AIoT solution design, with hands‑on exposure to RFP responses and preliminary solution design
• Strong client facing skills being comfortable leading client interactions, presentations and design discussions independently
• Excellent documentation skills including proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel for proposals, reports and RFP submissions
• Good understanding of AIoT, video surveillance, ELV systems and security technology standards (ONVIF, APIs, SDKs)
• A proactive, ownership driven mindset with the ability to manage deliverables with minimal supervision
