Job summary

Unison Group in India seeks an experienced Senior Consultant - Databricks to design, develop, and optimize modern data platforms on Databricks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions supporting analytics, AI, and BI initiatives.

The role requires hands-on expertise with Spark, PySpark, Delta Lake, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with strong data modeling and governance practices.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing and optimizing data pipelines on Databricks.
• Proficient in Spark, PySpark, and Spark SQL.
• Hands-on with Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and Databricks Workflows.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of data lakes, data warehouses, and modern architectures.
• Familiarity with orchestration tools like ADF or Airflow.
• Version control using Git; scripting and automation.
• Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
