Job summary

Bristlecone, a leading AI-powered analytics and data solutions provider, is seeking a BI/Data Analytics professional in India to build dashboards, automate reporting, and drive data driven decisions across teams.

You will design interactive Tableau/Power BI dashboards, write advanced SQL queries, develop Python automation scripts, and collaborate with stakeholders using Jira/Confluence in an agile environment to deliver timely insights and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Ability to design data-driven solutions with minimal guidance.
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Experience in SQL, Python and BI tools for dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau (or any other Dashboarding Tool) to support business stakeholders.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data from relational databases and data warehouses.
• Develop Python-based automation scripts to streamline repetitive reporting, data processing, and reconciliation tasks.
• Track and manage analytics tasks, sprints, and documentation using JIRA and Confluence.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
