Hewlett Packard Enterprise India Private Limited invites applications for a Senior consultant – Transformation & Strategy (MAS) in Bengaluru. The role is designed as hybrid, requiring that you work from an HPE office two days per week and collaborate with the CX & BPI team to drive strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering or equivalent, or relevant cross-functional transformation experience.
• Experience leading transformation/improvement programs; define governance frameworks, KPI measurement, benchmarking, executive steering committees.
• PMI/PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.
• Lean Six Sigma Black/Green Belt or equivalent improvement framework.
• Exposure to Digital Transformation & AI-led solutioning.
• Change management certification or experience.
• Management Consulting experience is a plus.
• Advanced facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the definition of business/operations strategy for a focused program, by engaging and influencing senior leaders
• Lead cross-functional transformation projects defining opportunities, building solutions, implementing across teams
• Apply frameworks and best practices to evaluate readiness, develop action plans, mobilize the program, and provide advisory services
• Evaluate and analyze data to support business strategy/operations improvements
• Re-engineer processes to improve delivery, reduce complexity, reduce waste and inculcate accountability
• Define and execute change management initiatives including stakeholder assessments and communications
• Foster organization-wide collaboration in solving problems
• Engage and work with senior stakeholders

What you’ll do

• Facilitate the definition of business/operations strategy for a focused program, by engaging and influencing senior leaders
• Lead cross-functional transformation projects defining opportunities, building solutions, implementing solutions across different teams
• Apply frameworks and best practices to evaluate the transformation program’s readiness to launch, develops action plans, leads program mobilization efforts, and provides advisory and program management services throughout the life of the program
• Evaluate and analyze data to support business strategy/operations improvements
• Re-engineer processes to improve delivery, reduce complexity, reduce waste and incorporate accountability to sustain the change
• Define and execute change management initiatives in support of strategy and process changes to include stakeholder assessments and communications
• Foster organization wide collaboration in solving problems
• Engage and work with senior stakeholders

Education and Experience

Required: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering or equivalent or Relevant experience leading cross-functional, strategic or transformation projects. Experience leading transformation/improvement programs; define and establish program structure and governance frameworks, business case management, KPI measurement, benchmarking, lead executive steering committee or QBR, stakeholder management, financial management , problem solving 12+ years of relevant experience Preferred: Project management certification such as PMP/PMI certification Lean Six Sigma black/green belt or equivalent improvement framework Exposure to Digital Transformation & AI led solutioning Change management certification or experience Management Consulting experience Advanced facilitation skills
