WSP Digital Solutions is a fast moving, innovation focused team helping our environmental and engineering clients adopt modern digital capabilities. We are looking for a Business Analyst who can translate business needs into clear, actionable digital requirements and help shape the vision for new software and data products.

In this role you will collaborate with architects, developers, and delivery managers to ensure each release meets business, functional, and quality expectations. You will drive requirements, usability, and product clarity through modern product development practices and WSP’s Digital Delivery Framework.

Qualifications

• Strong creativity and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of modern application technologies, data platforms, and cloud-based architectures.
• Curiosity and a willingness to experiment and learn.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, GIS, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the AEC or environmental sector.
• Strong understanding of application and database development practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Git and Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with engineering and geospatial tools (e.g., Autodesk, Bentley, Hexagon, Esri).

• Ensure development teams fully understand product vision and how features deliver client value.
